AI solutions for Japanese market?

Hi! This is Remus, Metrici company. I represent a Romanian producer that developed and started selling in Europe its own artificial intelligence software that uses a neural network. The software has two components: one for smart cities (traffic management, parking lots, license plate recognition) and one for defect recognition (in the industrial area and beyond). What would be the best strategy and what recommendation do you have to try to offer our solutions for the Japanese market as well, considering that we are a company with a turnover of only 500K EUR.
